2. About NowFunded Services

NowFunded provides simulated trading challenges, trader evaluations, educational tools, and performance assessment services.

All trading conducted through our challenge and evaluation programs takes place within a simulated environment. No client trades are executed in live financial markets and no investment services, brokerage services, portfolio management, or financial advice are provided.

Participation in our programs should not be interpreted as an offer of employment, investment opportunity, or guarantee of future earnings.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

• Reside in a jurisdiction where our services are lawfully available.

• Register using accurate and complete information.

• Use a payment method that belongs to you.

4. Challenge Rules and Account Standards

6. Fees, Payments and Refunds

All fees paid to NowFunded are payments for access to digital products, services, evaluations, and technology.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

• All purchases are final.

• Purchasing a challenge does not guarantee funding, profits, or payouts.

Users are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and authorised.

7. Payout Reviews and Profit Eligibility

Meeting challenge objectives or performance targets does not automatically create an entitlement to a payout.

All payout requests are subject to internal review and verification procedures.

NowFunded reserves the right to decline, delay, adjust, or cancel payouts where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Rule violations.

• Fraudulent conduct.

• Identity discrepancies.

• Abuse of platform systems.

• Unauthorised account activity.

• Breaches of these Terms.

Successful completion of an evaluation should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future compensation.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Circumvent platform restrictions or security systems.

• Exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities.

• Use proxies, automation software, bots, or other technologies to gain an unfair advantage.

• Create multiple accounts in violation of platform rules.

• Attempt to manipulate challenge outcomes or payout eligibility.

Additionally, owners, employees, contractors, directors, or representatives of competing proprietary trading firms may be prohibited from participating in our programs.

9. User Behaviour and Communications

Users are expected to interact professionally with our staff, contractors, partners, and community members.

The following conduct is prohibited:

• Harassment.

• Threats or intimidation.

• Abusive or discriminatory language.

• Misleading or fraudulent communications.

• Repeated disruptive behaviour.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for conduct deemed harmful to our business, staff, or users.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through the website and platform, including software, branding, logos, graphics, designs, text, documents, videos, and proprietary systems, is owned by or licensed to NowFunded.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact NowFunded before initiating payment disputes where possible.

Unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes may result in:

• Forfeiture of platform privileges.

We reserve all legal rights in relation to disputed transactions.

12. Suspension and Account Closure

• Rule violations.

• Abuse of services.

Termination of an account does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
