Payment Policy
We strictly require that all payments are made using accounts or cards registered in the trader’s own name. Payments from third-party sources are not permitted under any circumstances.
This policy is designed to reduce the risk of fraud, prevent chargebacks, and ensure the security of both our traders and our platform.
If a payment is identified as coming from a third party at any point — particularly during a performance fee request — the following actions may be taken:
Performance fee requests will be declined
The associated trading account may be suspended
Access to our services may be restricted or permanently revoked
To avoid any issues, please ensure that all transactions are completed using your own personal payment method in line with our terms and conditions.
